How to archive or delete a word

Open Collections or your saved-word view and find the word.

Open the word’s actions or detail view.

Choose Archive to keep the word in your account while removing it from active word lists and normal practice.

To remove it permanently, choose Delete and confirm the prompt. Deleting removes the saved word from your library.

If you archived the word, use the Archived filter to find it later and choose the archive control again to restore it.

Archive versus delete

Archiving is reversible and preserves the word for later. Deleting is intended to remove the saved library entry; make sure you want to remove it before confirming.
