Quick Play is the fastest way into a game. There are two entry points, and they do not use the same word source.

From the Practice page (saved words)

Open Practice and choose Quick Play

Go to Practice and start Quick Play.

Choose a mode and session size

Pick the game, how many words, replay missed words, and an AI model if the mode uses credits.

Start

Active, non-archived saved words are selected for you. Complete the session and review results.

After you pick a specific game, Quick Play on setup means Vocab Monster picks system vocabulary for that session. That is not your saved library. See Choose words for a practice session.
