Billing and credits

1. Open Account and go to Billing.
2. Free includes 50 saved words, 5 custom collections, 1 custom pack, 25 AI-generated prompts, and 12 practice modes. When you reach a free limit, existing data remains available but new over-limit saves, collections, packs, or AI prompts are blocked until you upgrade.
3. Learner adds unlimited saved words, collections, and packs plus 100 monthly AI credits. Courses includes everything in Learner plus guided exam courses and course progression.
4. To downgrade, cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Your existing data stays in your account; if it exceeds the new plan’s limits, new over-limit creation is blocked until you upgrade again.
5. Stripe handles checkout, payment processing, subscription management, cancellation, payment methods, and invoices. Vocab Monster does not store full card numbers or CVCs.
6. To purchase additional credits, choose a credit pack and complete checkout.
